Vážení přátelé Corvette,
21. mezinárodní Corvette sraz pořádaný Corvette Club Praha se bude konat opět v prostorách tradičního českého pivovaru Pilsner Urquell v Plzni.

Program
Pátek 28. července 2023
- 14:00 – 20:00 – Registrace účastníků
- Prohlídka vystavených vozů
- Individuální program – speciální nabídky Plzeňského Prazdroje (nutno individuálně zarezervovat a uhradit)
- Večeře individuálně v Restauraci Spilka v areálu pivovaru nebo dle vlastního uvážení
Sobota 29. července 2023
- 8:00 – 10:30 – Registrace účastníků
- 11:30 – Rozprava pro účastníky spanilé jízdy
- 12:00 – Odjezd spanilé jízdy za doprovodu H.O.G.
- 17:00 – Pro účastníky srazu otevřena Formankapro občerstvení
- 17:00 – 21:00 – Grilování ve Formance, česko-americká kuchyně, hrazeno individuálně. !!!VEČEŘE NENÍ FORMOU CATERINGU!!!
- 19:00 – Ceremony– předávání pohárů výhercům kategorií nejhezčích Corvette
- 19:00 – 20:30 – Tombola– vyzvednutí výher
- 21:00 – Volná zábava s moderátorem

Pravidla pro účastníky
- Vjezdné 500,- Kč (20 €) /automobil
- Označení vozů, účastníků akce, pamětní cedule, dárek,…
- Organizace spanilé jízdy, včetně parkování v cíli zdarma
- Účast na hlavní ceremony – vyhlášení a předání pohárů nejlepším Vette
- Parkování vystavených vozů v areálu pivovaru po celou dobu konání akce
- Areál pivovaru nepřetržitě střežen kamerovým systémem a ostrahou
- 0% tolerance alkoholu za volantem.
- V celém areálu akce je omezena rychlost jízdy na max. 5 km/h.
- Není dovolena nebezpečná jízda, včetně „driftování“.
- V koloně je zakázáno předjíždět.
- Pokud nebudou funkční semafory, chodec na přechodu má vždy přednost!
- V případě dopravní nehody během spanilé jízdy zastaví pouze účastníci nehody a ostatní musí pokračovat
- Kolona bude vyjíždět ve 12:00 a bude dělena po 40 vozech.
- Pořadatel zajišťuje organizovanou vyjížďku včetně parkování.
- Registrované vozy jsou zařazeny do soutěže o nejhezčí Vette. Vyhlášení od 19:00.
Parkování
- Po celou dobu konání akce je parkování vystavených vozů zdarma v areálu pivovaru
- Objekt je nepřetržitě střežen kamerovým systémem a ostrahou
Ubytování
- Pro účastníky letošního srazu je domluvena sleva na ubytování v hotelu Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Pilsen.
- Ceník pro účastníky Corvette srazu:
- Jednolůžkový pokoj se snídaní 2.150 Kč / noc
- Dvoulůžkový pokoj se snídaní 2.600 Kč / noc
- Podmínky storna:
- Do 30 dnů před příjezdem = zdarma
- 29 – 15 dní před příjezde = 50% z celkové částky za pobyt
- 14 dní a méně = 100% z celkové částky za pobyt
- Platební podmínky:
- Pro vytvoření rezervace je nutné poskytnout údaje z platební karty jako garanci rezervace. Platba za ubytování je možná na místě v hotovosti nebo platební kartou.
- Doporučujeme provést rezervaci co nejdříve, kapacita hotelu je omezena!
- Garance ubytování je do 31. 5. 2023 nebo do vyčerpání kapacity.
- Rezervaci ubytování si musí vytvořit každý účastník sám na výše/níže uvedeném odkazu. !!! Corvette Club Praha ubytování nesjednává !!!

Rules of the meeting
- 20 EUR (500 CZK) entry fee per car
- Car and crew designation, souvenirs, gift, …
- Participation in common cruise, parking in Chodova Plana for free
- Ceremony – trophies for winners of the best Vettes
- Parking and exhibition of car within the brewery area for free
- The brewery area will be guarded by a camera system and security Agency
- 0% alcohol tolerance by driving.
- Max. driving speed 5 km/h in the whole Brewery area.
- Dangerous driving is not allowed. NO drifting!
- Is not allowed to overtake by cruising.
- Pedestrians have always priority by crossing on the crosswalk!
- In case of an accident remains just accident participants. All other have to keep in the convoy.
- The common cruise starts at 12:00 and will be divided into groups of maximum 40 Vettes of each.
- Organizer has responsibility for cruising and parking area in a final destination.
- Registered cars are included in the competition for the best Vette. Announcement of the competition’s results at 19:00.
Parking
- Parking of exhibited cars is for free in the grounds of brewery during the whole event
- The area is permanently guarded by a camera system and security Agency
Accommodation
- Discount for an accommodation is arranged in the Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Pilsen for the participants of this meeting.
- Pricing for Corvette meeting:
- Single room with breakfast 2.150 Kč / 91 € / night
- Double room with breakfast 2.600 Kč / 110 € / night
- Cancellation conditions:
- Up to 30 days before your arrival = Free
- Between 29-15 days before your arrival = 50% of the total amount per stay
- Less than 14 days before your arrival = 100% of the total amount per stay
- Payment conditions:
- Credit card details as a booking guarantee must be provided for booking. A payment for accommodation is possible at the hotel in cash or by credit card.
- We recommend to make a reservation as soon as possible because a capacity of the hotel is limited!

- Besichtigung der ausgestellten Fahrzeuge

- Das Abendessen findet im Brauereilokal Spilka statt, Plätze sind reserviert, oder auch individuell in Restaurants in Pilsen

- 8:00 bis 10:30 Uhr Registrierung der Teilnehmer
- 11:30 – Debatte Teilnehmer für die Fahrt
- 12:00 Uhr Start der Ausfahrt mit Begleitung des HOG PRAHA CHAPTER
- Ab 17:00 Uhr istdasRestaurant Formanka für die Teilnehmer geöffnet
- 17:00 bis 21:00 Uhr Grillen auf eigene Rechnung im reservierten Teil des Restaurant Formanka, es findet KEIN Catering statt
- 19:00 Uhr Abendveranstaltung – Siegerehrung mit Pokalvergabe der schönsten Corvetten in den jeweiligen Kategorien
- 19:00 bis 20:30 Uhr Tombola – Selbstabholung des Gewinns
- 21:00 Unterhaltung mit Moderator und Musik

- Abstellen der ausgestellten Autos auf dem Brauereiplatz während der gesamten Veranstaltung kostenlos
- Der Brauereikomplex wird ständig von einem Kamerasystem und Sicherheitspersonal überwacht
- Keine Toleranz beim Fahren unter Alkoholeinfluss, es gilt 0% in Tschechien
- 5km/h im gesamten Brauereigelände
- Keine riskanten Fahrmanöver z.B. driften
- Während der Ausfahrt gilt ein Überholverbot der Teilnehmer
- Fußgänger überwege haben Vorrang!
- Falls ein Unfall passiert, fahren alle Unbeteiligten in der Kolonne.
- Die Ausfahrt beginnt um 12:00 Uhr mit Gruppen zu jeweils 40 Fahrzeuge.
- Den Anweisungen des Veranstalters ist während der Ausfahrt und beim Parken in Chodova Plana Folgezuleisten
- Alle registrierten Corvetten nehmen an dem Wettbewerb „schönste Corvette“ teil. Bekanntgabe der Gewinne ram Sa. 19:00 Uhr

- Während der gesamten Veranstaltung ist das Parken im Gelände der Brauerei kostenlos.
- Das Objekt wird kontinuierlich von einem Kamerasystem und Sicherheitspersonal überwacht.
