Vážení přátelé Corvette,
23. mezinárodní Corvette sraz pořádaný Corvette Club Praha se bude konat opět v prostorách tradičního českého pivovaru Pilsner Urquell v Plzni.

Pro registraci na sraz využijte horní červené tlačítko “REGISTRACE – klikněte zde” a vyplňte všechny potřebné údaje.
Program
Pátek 11. července 2025
- 14:00 – 20:00 – Registrace účastníků
- Prohlídka vystavených vozů
- Individuální program – speciální nabídky Plzeňského Prazdroje (nutno individuálně zarezervovat a uhradit)
- Večeře individuálně v Restauraci Spilka v areálu pivovaru nebo dle vlastního uvážení
- 19:00 – Vědomostní kvíz na téma Corvette
- 20:00 – Vyhlášení vítězů kvízu a předání výher
Sobota 12. července 2025
- 8:00 – 10:30 – Registrace účastníků
- 11:30 – Rozprava pro účastníky spanilé jízdy
- 12:00 – Odjezd na spanilou jízdu
- 17:00 – Pro účastníky srazu otevřena Formanka pro občerstvení
- 17:00 – 21:00 – Grilování ve Formance, česko-americká kuchyně, hrazeno individuálně. !!!VEČEŘE NENÍ FORMOU CATERINGU!!!
- 19:00 – Ceremony– předávání pohárů výhercům kategorií nejhezčích Corvette
- 19:00 – 20:30 – Tombola– vyzvednutí výher
- 21:00 – Volná zábava s moderátorem akce DJ Alesh

- Individuální program– speciální nabídky Plzeňského Prazdroje (prohlídka pivovaru, muzea, podzemí)
Po celou dobu akce bude hrát a moderovat DJ Alesh.
Pravidla pro účastníky
- Vjezdné 750,- Kč (30 €) /automobil
- Označení vozů, účastníků akce, pamětní cedule, dárek,…
- Organizace spanilé jízdy, včetně parkování v cíli zdarma
- Účast na hlavní ceremony – vyhlášení a předání pohárů nejlepším Vette
- Parkování vystavených vozů v areálu pivovaru po celou dobu konání akce
- Areál pivovaru nepřetržitě střežen kamerovým systémem a ostrahou
- 0% tolerance alkoholu za volantem.
- V celém areálu akce je omezena rychlost jízdy na max. 5 km/h.
- Není dovolena nebezpečná jízda, včetně „driftování“.
- V koloně je zakázáno předjíždět.
- Pokud nebudou funkční semafory, chodec na přechodu má vždy přednost!
- V případě dopravní nehody během spanilé jízdy zastaví pouze účastníci nehody a ostatní musí pokračovat
- Kolona bude vyjíždět ve 13:30 a bude dělena po 40 vozech.
- Pořadatel zajišťuje organizovanou vyjížďku včetně parkování.
- Registrované vozy jsou zařazeny do soutěže o nejhezčí Vette. Vyhlášení od 19:00.
Parkování
- Po celou dobu konání akce je parkování vystavených vozů zdarma v areálu pivovaru
- Objekt je nepřetržitě střežen kamerovým systémem a ostrahou
Ubytování
- Pro účastníky letošního srazu je domluvena sleva na ubytování v hotelu Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Pilsen.
- Ceník pro účastníky Corvette srazu:
- Jednolůžkový pokoj se snídaní 2.450 Kč / noc / pokoj
- Dvoulůžkový pokoj se snídaní 2.950 Kč / noc / pokoj
- Cena nezahrnuje místní pobytový poplatek ve výši 35 Kč /noc / osoba
- Podmínky storna:
- Do 30 dnů před příjezdem = zdarma
- 29 – 15 dní před příjezde = 50% z celkové částky za pobyt
- 14 dní a méně = 100% z celkové částky za pobyt
- Platební podmínky:
- Pro vytvoření rezervace je nutné poskytnout údaje z platební karty jako garanci rezervace. Platba za ubytování je možná na místě v hotovosti nebo platební kartou.
- Doporučujeme provést rezervaci co nejdříve, kapacita hotelu je omezena!
- Garance ubytování je do 11. 6. 2025 nebo do vyčerpání kapacity.
- Rezervaci ubytování si musí vytvořit každý účastník sám na výše/níže uvedeném odkazu. !!! Corvette Club Praha ubytování nesjednává !!!

Rules of the meeting
- 30 EUR (750 CZK) entry fee per car
- Car and crew identification, souvenirs, and gifts.
- Participation in group cruise, parking at the final destination.
- Ceremony – trophies for the best Corvette winners.
- Free parking and exhibition of vehicles within the brewery area.
- The brewery area is under camera surveillance and security agency protection.
- Zero alcohol tolerance for drivers.
- Maximum driving speed 5 km/h within the brewery area.
- Dangerous driving is not allowed. NO drifting!
- Overtaking is not allowed during the cruise.
- Pedestrians always have priority when crossing at crosswalks!
- In case of an accident, only the involved parties should remain at the scene. All other participants must stay in the convoy.
- The group cruise starts at 13:30 and will be divided into groups of up to 40 Corvettes.
- The organizer is responsible for the cruise and parking areas at the final destination.
- Registered cars are included in the competition for the best Corvette. The competition’s results will be announced at 19:00.
Parking
- Parking for exhibited cars is free within the brewery grounds throughout the event.
- The area is continuously monitored by a camera system and security agency.
Accommodation
- A discounted accommodation rate has been arranged at the Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Pilsen for participants of this meeting.
- Pricing for Corvette meeting:
- Single room with breakfast 2.450 Kč / 97.86 € / night / room
- Double room with breakfast 2.950 Kč / 117.83 € / night / room
- The price does not include the local tourist tax of 35 CZK /night /person.
- Cancellation conditions:
- Up to 30 days before your arrival: Free
- Between 29-15 days before your arrival: 50% of the total amount per stay
- Less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount per stay
- Payment conditions:
- Credit card details are required as a booking guarantee. Payment for accommodation can be made at the hotel in cash or by credit card.
- We recommend to make a reservation as soon as possible, as hotel capacity is limited!

DJ Alesh wird während der gesamten Veranstaltung musizieren und moderieren.
Teilnahmebedingungen
- Teilnahmegebühr / Einlass 750,- Kč oder 30,- €
- Kennzeichnung von Fahrzeugen, Veranstaltungsteilnehmern, Erinnerungsschildern, Geschenk, …
- Organisation einer herrlichen Fahrt, inklusive kostenlosem Parken im Ziel
- Teilnahme an der Hauptzeremonie – Bekanntgabe und Übergabe der Pokale an die besten Vette
- Abstellen der ausgestellten Fahrzeuge auf dem Brauereigelände für die gesamte Dauer der Veranstaltung
- Das Brauereigelände wird ständig durch ein Kamerasystem und Sicherheitsdienst bewacht
- 0 % Alkoholtoleranz am Steuer.
- Die Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung im gesamten Veranstaltungsgelände beträgt max. 5 km/h.
- Überholen ist im Konvoi verboten.
- Bei Ampelstörungen hat der Fußgänger am Übergang immer Vorrang!
- Kommt es während einer herrlichen Fahrt zu einem Verkehrsunfall, halten nur die Unfallbeteiligten an, die anderen müssen weiterfahren.
- Der Konvoi fährt um 13:30 Uhr ab und wird in jeweils 40 Autos aufgeteilt.
- Der Veranstalter sorgt für eine organisierte Fahrt inkl. Parken.
- Die angemeldeten Fahrzeuge nehmen an einem Wettbewerb um die schönste Vette teil. Bekanntgabe ab 19:00 Uhr.
Parken
- Das Parken für Ausstellungsfahrzeuge ist während der gesamten Veranstaltungszeit auf dem Brauereigelände kostenfrei.
- Das Gebäude wird ständig durch ein Kamerasystem und Sicherheitsdienst bewacht
Unterkünfte
- Für die Teilnehmer des diesjährigen Treffens wurde eine Ermäßigung auf die Unterkunft im Hotel Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Pilsen vereinbart. .
- Preisliste für die Corvette -Teilnehmer:
