22. mezinárodní Corvette sraz pořádaný Corvette Club Praha se bude konat po několika letech opět v Praze, tentokrát v Hotelu Duo.

Součástí srazu bude „Královská vyjížďka Prahou“.

13:30 – 22:00 – Stánkové občerstvení na garden party – klobása, pivo…
- Večeře individuálně v hotelové restauraci (kuchyň zavírá ve 21:30)
- Další možnost večeře je v přilehlé bowlingové herně
15:00 – Zahájení prodeje losů do tomboly průběžně až do sobotní večeře
18:00 – 18:40 – Vědomostní kvíz Corvette
18:40 – 18:55 – Prezentace výrobce olejů Mobil 1

12:30 – 12:45 – Rozprava pro účastníky Královské spanilé jízdy – účast všech je POVINNÁ!
13:00 – 14:00 – Odjezd Královské spanilé jízdy za doprovodu H.O.G. a Policie ČR. Okruh Prahou z Letné přes centrum zpět na Letnou.

Vzhledem k omezenému počtu vozidel budou mít garantovanou účast spanilé jízdy pouze zaregistrovaná vozidla označená platnou registrační samolepkou CCP!!!

14:00 – 15:00 – Individuální přesun účastníků ze seřadiště na Letenské pláni k hotelu Duo. Informace o ideální trase budou k dispozici při registraci u hotelu Duo, případně na Letenské pláni.
15:00 – 18:00 – Stánkové občerstvení na garden party – klobáska, pivo. Pro účastníky s páskou je klobása v ceně ubytování, nápoj není v ceně.
18:00 – 20:00 – Večeře formou bufetu – v konferenčních místnostech Berlín a Vídeň. Večeře v nich bude umožněna pouze účastníkům se zaplacenými balíčky gurmán a nápoj a těm, kteří budou označeni páskami od Hotelu Duo. Pásky budou kontrolovány pořadatelem při vstupu do konferenčních místností. Balíček gurmán a nápoj bez ubytování lze zakoupit na recepci Hotelu Duo za 90 EUR.
18:00 – 20:00 – K večeři a poslechu hraje DJ.
19:00 – 20:30 – Tombola – zveřejnění výherní listiny a vyzvednutí výher.
20:00 – 21:30 – Ceremony – předávání pohárů výhercům kategorií nejhezčích Corvette. Ceremony je přístupné všem účastníkům (i bez pásky).
20:00 – 24:00 – Občerstvení individuálně ve dvou barech – jeden v konferenční místnosti Praha a druhý v jeho předsálí.
21:30 – 22:30 – Elvis Presley Show.
22:30 – 24:00 – Moderovaný večer s DJ a volná zábava.
24:00 – 01:00 – Individuální občerstvení v Lobby hotelu.

Odjezd účastníků

Pravidla pro účastníky „Královské vyjížďky Prahou“

Registrační poplatek 1.250, – Kč (50 €) /automobil v hotovosti při registraci
- Označení vozů, účastníků akce, pamětní cedule, dárek, …
- Organizace spanilé jízdy, doprovodů a technického zabezpečení, včetně parkování v cíli zdarma.
- Účast na hlavní ceremony – vyhlášení a předání pohárů nejlepším Corvette.
Na spanilou jízdu nebudou připuštěna vozidla bez registrace !!!
0% tolerance alkoholu za volantem.
Je nutná plynulá jízda, nejsou povoleny velké rozestupy mezi vozidly.
Není dovolena nebezpečná jízda, včetně „driftování“.
Není dovoleno bezdůvodné vytáčení motoru do vysokých otáček.
V koloně je zakázáno předjíždět.
Doporučujeme vzít si s sebou na spanilou jízdu dostatek nealkoholických tekutin asi tak na 3-4 hodiny, včetně seřazení a přejezdů.
Při zastávkách není dovoleno vzdalování se od vozidla.
Pokud nebudou funkční semafory, chodec na přechodu má vždy přednost!
V případě dopravní nehody během spanilé jízdy zastaví pouze účastníci nehody a ostatní musí pokračovat.
Kolona bude vyjíždět ve 13:00 a bude umožněno pouze 200 vozům.
Pořadatel zajišťuje organizovanou vyjížďku včetně parkování.
Registrované vozy jsou zařazeny do soutěže o nejhezčí Corvette. Vyhlášení od 20:00 v sobotu v Hotelu Duo.

Parkování

Po celou dobu konání akce je parkování vystavených vozů ubytovaných účastníků srazu na hotelovém parkovišti v ceně hotelového ubytování.
Parkoviště bude nepřetržitě střeženo ostrahou.

Způsob placení v hotelu

V celém hotelu platí tzv. „No cash“, platby pouze kartou nebo zaplatit budget v recepci hotelu ve výši 100 EUR a rozdíl bude vyrovnám při checked out.

Varianta pro ty, kteří z jakýchkoliv důvodů nestihnou příjezd v pátek, je ceník pro účastníky Corvette srazu na jednu noc z 20.07. na 21.07.2024
- Jednolůžkový pokoj se snídaní, včetně parkovného, poplatku městu Praha, sobotního gurmánského balíčku, nápojového balíčku, sobotního venkovního bufetu 4.673,- Kč (189,- EUR) / noc.
- Dvoulůžkový pokoj se snídaní, včetně parkovného, poplatku městu Praha, sobotního gurmánského balíčku, nápojového balíčku, sobotního venkovního bufetu 7.072,- Kč (286,- EUR) / noc.
Cena dvoulůžkového pokoje je uvedena dohromady za dvě osoby.
Podmínky storna:
- Do 15 dnů před příjezdem = zdarma
- 14 dní a méně = 100 % z celkové částky za pobyt
Platební podmínky:

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Departure of the Royal Ride accompanied by H.O.G. Chapter Prague and Czech Police. Circuit through Prague from Letna to the city center and back to Letna.

DUE TO LIMITED VEHICLE CAPACITY, ONLY REGISTERED VEHICLES WITH A VALID CCP REGISTRATION STICKER WILL BE GUARANTEED PARTICIPATION IN THE ROYAL RIDE!!!

2:00 PM – 3:00 PM – Individual transfer of participants from Letna to the hotel. Information about the ideal route will be available during registration at Hotel Duo.
3:00 PM – 6:00 PM – Refreshments at the garden party – sausages, beer. Sausage is included in the accommodation price for participants with wristbands, drinks are not included.
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM – Buffet dinner – in conference rooms Berlin and Vienna. Dinner will only be available to participants with paid gourmet and drink packages and those marked with Hotel Duo wristbands. Wristbands will be checked by the organizer upon entry to the conference rooms. If someone who is not staying at the hotel wants to purchase only meal packages without accommodation, it can be done at the reception for 90 EUR.
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM – DJ entertainment during dinner.
7:00 PM – 8:30 PM – Raffle – announcement of the winning list and prize collection.
8:00 PM – 9:30 PM – Ceremony – presentation of trophies to the winners of the most beautiful Corvettes. The ceremony is accessible to all participants even without a wristband.
8:00 PM – 12:00 AM – Refreshments individually at two bars – one in the Prague conference room and the other in its foyer.

Rules for participants of the Royal Ride through Prague

Registration fee CZK 1,250 (50 €) / car in cash upon registration
- Vehicle labeling, participant event, commemorative plaques, gifts, etc.
- Organization of the ride, escorts, technical security, including free parking at the destination.
- Participation in the main ceremony – announcement and awarding of trophies to the best Corvettes.
Vehicles without registration will not be allowed on the ride!!!
0% tolerance for alcohol behind the wheel.
We strongly recommend filling up Corvetteś tanks
Smooth driving is necessary, large gaps between vehicles are not allowed.
Disconnecting from the convoy is not allowed. For the sake of other participants behind you, it is necessary to reach the destination to avoid them being led off the route.
Dangerous driving, including drifting, is not allowed.
Unjustified engine revving to high RPMs is not allowed.
Overtaking within the convoy is prohibited.
We recommend bringing enough non-alcoholic beverages for about 3-4 hours, including assembly and crossings.
During stops, leaving the vehicle is not allowed.
In the event of a traffic accident during the ride, only the accident participants will stop, and others must continue.
The convoy will depart at 1:00 PM, and only 200 vehicles will be allowed.
The organizer provides organized ride including parking.
Registered cars are included in the competition for the most beautiful Corvette. Announcement from 8:00 PM on Saturday at Hotel Duo.

Parking

Throughout the event, parking for exhibited cars of attending participants will be available at the hotel parking lot, included in the hotel accommodation price.
The parking lot will be continuously guarded.

Payment Method at the Hotel

The entire hotel operates on a „No cash“ policy, with payments accepted only by card or by depositing a budget of 100 EUR at the hotel reception, with the difference settled upon check-out.

18:00 – 20:00 Uhr – Abendessen in Form eines Buffets – in den Konferenzräumen Berlin und Wien. Das Abendessen ist nur für Teilnehmer mit bezahlten Gourmet- und Getränkepaketen sowie für diejenigen, die mit Armbändern vom Hotel Duo gekennzeichnet sind, möglich. Die Armbänder werden vom Veranstalter beim Betreten der Konferenzräume kontrolliert. Regeln für Teilnehmer der Königlichen Ausfahrt durch Prag

Anmeldegebühr 1.250, – CZK (50 €) / Auto in bar bei der Anmeldung
- Kennzeichnung der Fahrzeuge, Teilnehmer der Veranstaltung, Gedenktafeln, Geschenke, …
- Organisation der Ausfahrt, Begleitung und technische Sicherheit, einschließlich kostenlosem Parken am Ziel.
- Teilnahme an der Hauptzeremonie – Preisverleihung an die besten Corvettes.
Fahrzeuge ohne Registrierung dürfen nicht an der Ausfahrt teilnehmen!!!
0% Alkoholtoleranz am Steuer.
Es wird dringend empfohlen, den Corvette-Tank „voll“ zu tanken.
Es muss gleichmäßig gefahren werden, große Abstände zwischen den Fahrzeugen sind nicht erlaubt.
Das Abkoppeln von der Kolonne ist nicht erlaubt. Um andere Teilnehmer hinter sich nicht von der Strecke abzulenken, ist es erforderlich, bis zum Ziel zu fahren.
Gefährliches Fahren, einschließlich „Driften“, ist nicht erlaubt.
Unbegründetes Hochdrehen des Motors ist nicht gestattet.
Das Überholen in der Kolonne ist verboten.
Es wird empfohlen, ausreichend alkoholfreie Getränke für etwa 3-4 Stunden mitzunehmen, einschließlich des Aufstellens und Überquerens.
Bei Stopps ist das Entfernen vom Fahrzeug nicht erlaubt.
Bei einem Verkehrsunfall während der königlichen Fahrt müssen nur die Teilnehmer des Unfalls anhalten und die anderen müssen weiterfahren.
Der Konvoi wird um 13:00 Uhr starten, und es werden nur 200 Fahrzeuge zugelassen.
Der Veranstalter organisiert die Ausfahrt inklusive Parkplatz.
Registrierte Autos nehmen am Wettbewerb um die schönste Corvette teil. Die Preisverleihung findet am Samstag um 20:00 Uhr im Hotel Duo statt.

Parken

Während der gesamten Veranstaltungsdauer ist das Parken der ausgestellten Fahrzeuge der teilnehmenden Gäste auf dem Hotelparkplatz im Hotelpreis inbegriffen.
Der Parkplatz wird rund um die Uhr durch Sicherheitspersonal überwacht.

Zahlungsmethode im Hotel

Im gesamten Hotel gilt „Kein Bargeld“, Zahlungen sind nur mit Karte möglich oder das Budget kann an der Hotelrezeption in Höhe von 100 EUR bezahlt werden, der Rest wird beim Check-out ausgeglichen.
