Pravidla pro účastníky

  1. Vjezdné 250,- Kč/automobil
  2. 0% tolerance alkoholu za volantem. 
  3. V celém areálu akce je omezena rychlost jízdy na max. 5 km/h.
  4. Není dovolena nebezpečná jízda, včetně „driftování“. 
  5. V koloně je zakázáno předjíždět.
  6. Pokud nebudou funkční semafory, chodec na přechodu má vždy přednost!
  7. V případě dopravní nehody během spanilé jízdy zastaví pouze účastníci nehody a ostatní musí pokračovat, pro odtah volejte tel: +420723307784 / +420602385197.
  8. Kolona bude vyjíždět v 11:00 a bude dělena po 40 vozech.
  9. Pořadatel zajišťuje organizovanou vyjížďku včetně parkování.
  10. Pořadatel zajišťuje rezervaci na večeři v restauraci Spilka od 17:00. Každý účastník si hradí občerstvení individuálně.
  11. Registrované vozy jsou zařazeny do soutěže o nejhezčí Vette. Vyhlášení od 20:00.             

Parkování

  • Po celou dobu konání akce je parkování vystavených vozů zdarma v areálu pivovaru
  • Objekt je nepřetržitě střežen kamerovým systémem a ostrahou

Ubytování

  • Ceník pro Corvette sraz:
    • Jednolůžkový pokoj se snídaní 1.750 Kč / noc
    • Dvoulůžkový pokoj se snídaní 2.050 Kč / noc
  • Podmínky storna:
    • Do 15 dnů před příjezdem = zdarma
    • 14 dní a méně = 100% z celkové částky za pobyt
  • Platební podmínky:
    • Pro vytvoření rezervace je nutné poskytnout údaje z platební karty jako garanci rezervace. Platba za ubytování je možná na místě v hotovosti nebo platební kartou.
  • Doporučujeme provést rezervaci co nejdříve, kapacita je omezena!
  • Garance ubytování je do 31.5.2019 nebo do vyčerpání kapacity.
  • Rezervaci ubytování si musí vytvořit každý účastník sám na výše/níže uvedeném odkazu. Corvette Club Praha ubytování nesjednává!!!

Rules of the meeting

  1. 10 EUR fee for car
  2. 0% alcohol tolerance by driving. 
  3. Max. driving speed 5 km/h in the whole Brewery area.
  4. Dangerous driving is not allowed. NO drifting. 
  5. Is not allowed to overtake by cruising.
  6. Pedestrians have priority by crossing on the crosswalk.
  7. In case of an accident remains just accident participants. All other have to keep in the convoy. Tel : +420723307784 / +420602385197.
  8. The cruising start at 11:00. Max. size of each groupe is 40 Vettes.
  9. Organizer has responsibility for cruising and parking area.
  10. Organizer has responsibility for Spilka restaurant reservation for the dinner from 17:00. Each participant pays the refreshment separately.
  11. Registered cars can win in competition of best Vette. Announcement at 20:00. Afterwards Tombola 😉

Parking

  • Parking of exhibited cars is for free in the grounds of brewery during the whole event 
  • The area is constantly guarded by a security camera system

  • Pricing for Corvette meeting:
    • Single room with breakfast 1.750 CZK / night

  • Cancellation conditions:
    • Up to 15 days before arrival = Free
    • less than 14 days before arrival = 100% of the total amount per stay
  • Payment conditions:
    • For booking must be provided credit card details as a booking guarantee. Payment for accommodation is possible at the hotel in cash or by credit card.
  • We recommend to make a reservation as soon as  possible as capacity is limited!

Freitag 19.Juli 2019

  • Individuelles Programm – nutzt die speziellen Angebote der Brauerei.
    • Eine individuelle Reservierung in Eigenregie ist notwendig.
  • 14:00 bis 19:00 Uhr Registrierung der Teilnehmer
  • Besichtigung der ausgestellten Fahrzeuge.
  • 17:00 Uhr Beginn einer Präsentation der Firma Lukamotorsport Czech s.r.o.
    • Rennsimulator für Kinder
    • Wettbewerb für das schönste gemalte Bild einer Lukamotorsport Corvette
  • Das Abendessen findet im Brauereilokal Spilka statt, Plätze sind reserviert, oder auch individuell in Restaurants in Pilsen

Samstag 20.Juli 2019

  • 8:00 bis 10:30 Uhr Registrierung der Teilnehmer
  • 11:00 Uhr Start der Ausfahrt mit Begleitung des CZECH PATRIOT RIDERS
  • Ab 16:00 Uhr ist das Restaurant Formanka für die Teilnehmer geöffnet.
  • 17:00 bis 19:00 Uhr Grillen auf eigene Rechnung im reservierten Teil des Restaurant Formanka, es findet KEIN Catering statt
  • 20:00 Abendveranstaltung
    • Siegerehrung mit Pokalvergabe der schönsten Corvetten in den jeweiligen Kategorien
  • 21:00 Uhr Tombola

Sonntag 21.Juli 2019

  • Individuelles Programm, es können spezielle Angebote der Brauerei (Museum, Brauereibesichtigung oder die Gewölbekeller) genutzt werden.
  • Das Angebot kann auch am Donnerstag 18. Juli 2019 genutzt werden

Teilnahmebedingungen

  1. Teilnahmegebühr/Einlass 250,- Kč oder 10,- €
  2. Keine Toleranz beim Fahren unter Alkoholeinfluss, es gilt 0% in Tschechien
  3. Max. 5km/h im gesamten Brauereigelände
  4. Keine riskanten Fahrmanöver z.B. driften
  5. Während der Ausfahrt gilt ein Überholverbot der Teilnehmer
  6. Fußgängerüberwege haben Vorrang
  7. Falls ein Unfall passiert, fahren alle Unbeteiligten in der Kolonne weiter.

  8. Die Ausfahrt beginnt um 11:00 Uhr mit Gruppen zu jeweils 40 Fahrzeugen.
  9. Den Anweisungen des Veranstalters ist während der Ausfahrt und beim Parken Folge zu leisten
  10. Der Veranstalter ist nur für die Reservierung im Lokal Spilka um 17:00 verantwortlich, abgerechnet wird auf eigene Rechnung.
  11. Alle registrierten Corvetten nehmen an dem Wettbewerb „schönste Corvette“ teil. Bekanntgabe der Gewinner am Sa. 20:00 Uhr

Parken

  • Während der gesamten Veranstaltung ist das Parken im Gelände der Brauerei kostenlos.
  • Das Objekt wird kontinuierlich von einem Kamerasystem und Sicherheitspersonal überwacht
